**Post Natal Flow Pilates** at Forest Flow Pilates empowers new mothers to rebuild strength in a supportive environment. Designed to build on the Post-natal Foundation course, these physiotherapy-led Pilates classes focus on progressive core strength, pelvic floor stability and functional rehabilitation. You are still welcome to bring along your baby and stay on for tea after class, making it a perfect blend of fitness and community.
